PRN Bilingual MTM Pharmacist – Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough medication reviews via telephone.

• Revise patient profiles utilizing the information obtained during the review process.

• Address any Drug Therapy Issues to enhance the patient’s medication management.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve software functionality.

• Complete a minimum of 2 Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) each hour.

• Support the Clinical team in achieving proficiency and quality objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or its equivalent.

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy license.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional telephone skills and professional etiquette.

• Strong clinical and analytical competencies.

• Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to adhere to procedures.
