Bilingual Dispatcher, Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engages in effective communication with WM Drivers to aid in resolving issues while they are on their routes.

• Manages incoming service orders, directs drivers, and addresses service-related problems.

• Utilizes WM proprietary software for the management of same-day ticket routing.

• Initiates communication with customers while drivers are on-site or at their location.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.

• At least 6 months of pertinent work experience in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple areas.

• Experience in multi-tasking within a fast-paced work environment is not required.
