Caseworker – Nursing & Clinics, Bilingual – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Coordination of referrals, including data entry, collaboration with nursing staff, and scheduling of appointments.

• Providing training to nurses and other stakeholders on specific clinical trial protocols.

• Overseeing clinical trials coordination between clients and all stakeholders at Innomar.

• Monitoring, reporting, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members.

• Offering remote clinical guidance to Field Nurses regarding standard operating procedures for clinical trials.

• Coordinating lab testing and providing guidance to nurses on lab tests.

• Managing post-service reporting and billing activities related to the provided services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A broad educational background in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences is required.

• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service is necessary.

• Must be comfortable interacting with clients, including physicians and research coordinators/nurses.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.

• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
