Bilingual Consultant, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Direct interaction with educational institutions and international clients.

• Assisting in the processes of lead prospecting and qualification.

• Conducting meetings via phone and managing chats or video calls.

• Documenting data and information collected during meetings in the CRM and company software.

• Tracking daily productivity metrics.

• Offering insights and suggestions.

• Meeting the sales targets set for the region.

• Handling calls, messages, and follow-up communications.

• Utilizing tools for proactive outreach and acquisition of schools.

• Applying outreach and acquisition talking points during sales conversations.

• Contributing to the enhancement of satisfaction among prospective partner schools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory; language proficiency will be assessed).

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Must be residing in Brazil at the time of hiring.

• Possess all necessary documentation for CLT employment in Brazil.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Drive.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
