This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Execute skilled nursing responsibilities following federal, state, and local regulations, professional standards, and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Deliver professional nursing care based on medical practitioner orders and the client's care plan.
• Maintain and document client orders and any changes in the medical record.
• Offer personal care services, including monitoring and reporting, medication administration, client education, emergency interventions, and specialized pediatric care.
• Provide tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with the client’s care team.
• Advocate for personal safety and ensure a secure environment.
• Adhere to Agency policies, procedures, payor requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Engage in care coordination and participate in Agency meetings as required.
• Carry out other related tasks as needed.
• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Hold a current license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of employment.
• Possess a current CPR certification.
• Exhibit strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Have a valid driver's license with an automobile insured per state or Agency standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse.
• Pediatric experience is requested in the application screening questions.
