📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth research and document the underlying reasons for replacement orders.

• Review and refine design files to ensure customer orders are met while adhering to productivity and quality standards.

• Utilize a variety of resources to identify the optimal solutions for customers.

• Engage directly with customers via email to design and replace their original orders.

• Diagnose technical, design, and print issues within a production setting.

• Collaborate with various teams to provide exceptional service.

• Address post-print challenges and assist in creating new orders.

• Liaise with printing facilities to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

• Provide outstanding customer experiences and foster brand loyalty through effective resolution of issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.

• Familiarity with InDesign and Lightroom is a bonus.

• Experience with G-Suite applications.

• Capability to deliver high-quality design work in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to function effectively in a collaborative team setting.

• Adaptable and open to new challenges.

• Willingness to learn and work remotely, engaging with colleagues and leadership, receiving feedback, and pursuing continuous learning.

• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
