This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the agent-to-human interface for media.

• Oversee the comprehensive user experience across Newton's platform, including planning, purchasing, measurement, and agentic workflows.

• Simplify causal models, incrementality results, scenario plans, and optimization recommendations for non-technical decision-makers.

• Design approval and control processes for regulated agent actions.

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes; collaborate closely with engineering during implementation.

• Establish and uphold Newton's design system and front-end design standards.

• Perform research and usability studies with customers, translating insights into design and product direction.

• Collaborate with product, data science, sales, and marketing teams.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead an expanding design team.

• Set the vision for AI-native enterprise software interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in designing digital products, with substantial expertise in complex B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.

• Proven ability to lead design efforts for entire product surfaces rather than just individual features.

• Experience in leading or mentoring fellow designers, with a desire to build a team from a small foundation.

• A portfolio showcasing data-dense, workflow-intensive interfaces that are genuinely user-friendly; expertise in data visualization is a significant advantage.

• Proficient with contemporary design and prototyping tools.

• Comfortable with prototyping in code or utilizing AI tools.

• A history of successfully shipping products alongside engineering in a dynamic environment, utilizing a robust design system.

• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.

• Experience in adtech, martech, marketing analytics, or other quantitative fields is highly desirable.

• A strong perspective on AI-native product design.
