Principal – Strategic Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive global perspective on initiatives, progress, goals, and pathways to success.

• Manage the transformation operating rhythm, encompassing agendas, materials, decision points, momentum, and follow-up actions.

• Conduct analyses including baselines, business cases, and benefit tracking in collaboration with Finance.

• Detect initiative drift through quantitative analysis.

• Oversee assigned workstreams from start to finish: diagnose, design, deliver, and measure outcomes.

• Highlight duplication, delays, unassigned tasks, and emerging risks with supporting evidence.

• Pinpoint areas requiring business re-evaluation and develop tools to facilitate transformation.

• Create agents, automations, and internal applications directly.

• Generate an initial portfolio overview within the first two weeks.

• Establish a thorough, defensible baseline within the first month.

• Provide consistent reviews and recommendations on what to discontinue or sequence differently.

• Develop at least one effective tool to enhance the role's efficiency.

• Empower leadership to depend on portfolio insights, finalize decisions, and monitor benefits against Finance-approved baselines.

• Prioritization of ownership as a fundamental principle.

• Proficient use of modern artificial intelligence tools.

• Experience in constructing agents, automations, analyses, and internal applications utilizing artificial intelligence.

• Capability to articulate what was developed, what it replaced, and its usage by others.

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects without direct reporting authority.

• Ability to articulate what has been delivered.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and presenting to executive audiences.

• Clear and concise writing skills.

• Strong follow-through without the need for reminders.

• Composure during priority shifts and willingness to candidly address when something is ineffective.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hire and throughout employment.
