Principal – Strategic Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive and defensible overview of initiatives, progress, objectives, and pathways to success.

• Manage the transformation operating rhythm, including agendas, materials, decisions, and maintaining momentum.

• Capture, drive, push, and ensure follow-up until all tasks are completed.

• Conduct baseline assessments, develop business cases, and track benefits in collaboration with Finance.

• Detect initiative drift through quantitative analysis.

• Oversee assigned workstreams from start to finish: diagnose, design, deliver, and evaluate.

• Identify duplication, delays, unassigned work, and emerging risks with supporting evidence.

• Recognize opportunities for business transformation and create tools to facilitate change.

• Develop agents, automations, and internal applications.

• Provide portfolio assessments and strategic recommendations to the Chief of Staff and leadership.

• Create tools that enhance the speed and accuracy of transformation efforts.

• Proficient in the use of modern artificial intelligence tools.

• Experience in building agents, automations, analyses, and internal applications utilizing artificial intelligence tools.

• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects in an environment where you had no direct reports.

• Ability to clearly articulate what has been delivered.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and engaging with executives.

• Excellent skills in concise writing.

• Reliable follow-through on tasks without the need for reminders.

• Ability to remain composed when priorities change.

• Openness to directly address when something is not functioning effectively.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hiring and maintain that authorization throughout employment.
