Principal Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery and solution design for deployment and integration strategies alongside a Client Engagement Manager.

• Actively participate during key phases, such as initial deployment, significant expansions, and FDT opportunities.

• Take ownership of the technical narrative for carrier accounts.

• Create actionable defect tickets that include reproduction steps, sample payloads, and details on expected versus observed behavior.

• Examine API payloads for mistranslations and data loss issues.

• Execute smoke tests to ensure modifications comply with carrier requirements prior to shipment.

• Keep versioned workflow documentation and field-level mapping specifications updated.

• Track account health using production-data SQL to monitor capture rates and identify anomalies.

• Manage internal incident processes across carrier accounts.

• Elevate critical information and insights to the Client Engagement team.

• Gradually take on greater responsibility for the technical relationship with carrier accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and APIs; capable of reading payloads, crafting queries, and analyzing relational data models.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Some familiarity with AI or machine-learning-driven products.

• Ability to clearly explain AI features to a carrier.

• Proactive, humble builder's mindset with a strong desire for personal growth.

• Experience in P&C insurance or insurtech is advantageous but not mandatory.
