Principal Solution Architect – FINS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

• Offer strategic direction and technical insight throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements, objectives, and challenges, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Convert financial, compliance, and regulatory obligations (GLBA, SEC, FINRA, GDPR) into secure and efficient technical blueprints and data models.

• Create technical designs encompassing data models, system integrations, customizations, and user interfaces.

• Ensure consistency with Coastal best practices, platform constraints, and security protocols.

• Mentor and guide the project team on Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and development practices.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution.

• Maintain communication with stakeholders at all levels, delivering regular updates and managing expectations.

• Assess new features and functionalities, providing recommendations for adoption strategies.

• Collaborate with Delivery leadership and Account Owners to define the scope of sales proposals.

• Identify and alleviate risks, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.

• Share best practices for client engagement, requirements gathering, solution presentations, and stakeholder management.

• Provide constructive feedback to team members to promote excellence and accountability.

• Pursue opportunities for innovation and adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within Coastal and across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Expand the company's network, establish strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Multi-Salesforce certified.

• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven history of leading enterprise-level implementations.

• Extensive understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with experience in cross-cloud implementations.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, API development, and data migration strategies.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Must possess full-time permanent US work authorization.
