This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate software requirements to identify optimal solutions for achieving business objectives, including estimation and planning throughout an agile software development lifecycle.
• Modify the codebase to execute complex software enhancements in accordance with coding and design standards, source code management, unit testing, and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Analyze and resolve intricate software application errors to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Assist with testing and provide written documentation of software application modifications.
• Collaborate with team members and engage in Scrum ceremonies and activities, including pair programming and peer code reviews.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to comprehend, influence, and execute roadmaps, taking charge of application architecture and technical implementation.
• Foster innovation through technical research initiatives and architectural discussions with other teams.
• Lead by example, providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to team members.
• Safeguard, secure, and appropriately manage confidential client data.
• Proficient in C# / .NET framework.
• Advanced experience utilizing agentic AI to enhance coding workflows.
• Strong technical leadership abilities for effective involvement in design discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the creation of technical documentation and diagrams.
• Experience primarily with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Background in mentoring and providing technical coaching to less experienced developers.
• Comprehensive understanding of sound object-oriented design principles, including design patterns, cohesion/coupling, S.O.L.I.D. principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Significant experience in writing clean, maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices such as unit testing, TDD, continuous integration and deployment, automation, design patterns, and refactoring.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
