This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect for Benefits/Third-Party Payroll, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Create and support PECI/PICOF payroll integrations, benefits carrier feeds, and connections with ATS, Payroll, Financial, Time Tracking, and Time & Absence systems.
• Collaborate with middleware/iPaaS teams utilizing Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato as necessary.
• Construct and sustain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports using Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, custom report fields, and RaaS.
• Develop Discovery Boards, Workday Dashboards, worklets, embedded reports, scorecards, and BIRT-formatted reports.
• Oversee and troubleshoot integration failures, reporting issues, scheduled-process errors, and data inconsistencies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, implement solutions, and enhance performance by minimizing redundant or inactive objects.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data mappings, error-handling logic, and support runbooks.
• Apply Workday security and governance practices, including ISU/ISSG security groups, domain and business-process security policies, and role-based access.
• Assist with SOX/audit requirements, evidence collection, access reviews/certifications, and change-control documentation.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases by evaluating, testing, and updating affected integrations, reports, and configurations.
• Proven experience in Workday integration development, typically acquired through approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XSLT, XML, and XPath.
• Understanding of PECI, PICOF, payroll/benefits interface patterns, Workday Business Process Framework (BPF), and event-driven configuration.
• Experience in integrating Workday with ATS, Payroll, Financials, Time & Absence, or similar third-party systems.
• Strong background in Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports, calculated fields, Report Writer, RaaS, Discovery Boards, Workday Dashboards, worklets, embedded reports, scorecards, and BIRT.
• Ability to analyze and resolve integration and reporting issues while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Kanban delivery environments is advantageous.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Equivalent professional experience, technical training, certifications, or demonstrated expertise will also be taken into account.
