Principal Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable cloud architectures tailored for the Generative AI platform.

• Create and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines while automating deployment processes.

• Oversee and optimize containerized workloads to enhance resource utilization and application scalability.

• Implement and oversee serverless architectures.

• Construct monitoring and alerting systems to facilitate proactive issue detection and resolution.

• Establish and uphold security best practices and compliance standards across the cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure for scalable applications.

• Experience with DevOps methodologies in a B2B SaaS context is highly preferred.

• Proficient in AWS services, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for GitHub Actions.

• Proficiency with AWS Lambda.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog.

• Experience with Service Meshes, API Gateway, MongoDB administration and optimization, and microservices architecture is desirable.

• Knowledge of Go, TypeScript, or Python is a plus.

• Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to accept and integrate feedback constructively.

• A keen interest in analyzing complex systems and enhancing system efficiency and performance.
