This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct multiple projects to guarantee the achievement of value, quality, and timely delivery of the defined scope.

• Coordinate internal resources along with third-party vendors for seamless execution of various projects.

• Regularly update stakeholders on project status.

• Conduct risk management to alleviate potential risks.

• Create and manage a comprehensive project plan to monitor and assess progress.

• Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and budgets using suitable verification techniques and change management processes.

• Lead consulting teams during client engagements in sectors such as Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Industrial Products, Electronics, and Medical Devices.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Research & Development, Workforce Management, and Technical Support regarding project scope, resource distribution, and dependencies.

• Assist clients in adopting modern innovations through ALM and PLM technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of customer-facing project management experience in configuring and deploying impactful software solutions for manufacturing sectors.

• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership abilities, along with skills in escalation management and problem-solving.

• Exceptional customer-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM).

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from PTC.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Experience with PLM or ALM implementations is a plus.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Attention to detail is essential.
