This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Manage the Vendor Integration program at Blue Cross NC, focusing on employer-specific third-party vendor integrations.
β’ Deliver comprehensive program management that encompasses strategic planning, needs assessment, resource development, implementation oversight, monitoring, and optimization.
β’ Oversee vendor integration offerings, including integration options, pricing, intake forms, and associated processes.
β’ Supervise enterprise-level vendor integrations that are active, requested, or currently in progress.
β’ Identify client objectives and requirements, prioritize new requests, and direct them to implementation teams.
β’ Cultivate and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Coordinate functions across departments, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
β’ Optimize data integration processes while addressing inquiries related to pricing, billing, status, and issue triage.
β’ Propel program improvements and process enhancements.
β’ Lead a cross-functional team focused on vendor integration and maintain a centralized repository for integrations.
β’ Establish and monitor metrics related to processes, outcomes, and financial performance.
β’ Document and present program outcomes through various formats such as reports, studies, presentations, and publications.
β’ Manage risk strategies associated with the Vendor Integration program and Sales Intake projects.
β’ Develop and oversee program budgets.
β’ Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational governance standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree if required.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
β’ Alternatively, 10 years of experience in the relevant field may substitute for a degree.
β’ Proven experience in leading complex enterprise-level programs and/or projects.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal sales and technical teams, as well as external vendors and agents/brokers.
β’ Experience in presenting project or program status and resolving issues to enterprise leaders.
β’ Proficient in program pricing and budget management.
β’ Familiarity with Blue Cross NC's group-specific vendor integration processes, including Sales Intake, Data Extracts, PBM Carve-outs, Accumulators, and APIs.
