This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Supervise the creation of work statements, scope definitions, priorities, budgets, and timelines for extensive, intricate programs.
• Develop documentation that adheres to relevant standards and meets client specifications.
• Oversee the selection and management of designated project team members.
• Ensure clear communication regarding deadlines, assignments, and objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client program management.
• Review program status, pinpoint risks, document progress, and implement solutions for risk mitigation.
• Maintain the quality of program deliverables in line with agreed-upon requirements.
• Identify and address significant issues impacting multiple large, complex, global programs.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and management to manage modifications to technical and business requirements, as well as schedules.
• Assess when additional resources are necessary and implement corresponding changes.
• Engage in executive-level project decision-making and direction setting.
• Contribute to proposal efforts and participate in sales calls.
• Manage the expectations of clients, senior management, company leadership, and project teams through project metrics.
• Collect and analyze client feedback for incorporation into future programs.
• Supervise assigned personnel, delegate tasks, provide guidance, address performance-related issues, and offer performance evaluations.
• Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for programs; monitor expenditures and manage resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least twelve years of experience in project management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Catalyst.
• Experience in budget development, project planning, control, and assurance methodologies, including earned value management.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in quality management techniques and approaches.
• Understanding of delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles.
• Familiarity with productivity and methodology tools that enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Knowledge of administrative processes.
• Understanding of client vision, business objectives, and essential success factors.
• Familiarity with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures within the area.
