This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead on the complete lifecycle of extensive, intricate, cross-functional programs, from the initial scoping and business case development to execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Serve as a reliable business partner to functional executives and leadership teams, acting as the primary contact for EPMO-supported initiatives and serving as an escalation point for senior-level issues.
• Create and guide cross-functional working groups without formal authority, defining shared objectives, establishing a regular cadence, and ensuring accountability.
• Propel progress by setting short- and medium-term objectives, removing obstacles, and aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified source of truth.
• Outline program scope, objectives, and success metrics; create project plans and maintain an authoritative record of decisions and status updates.
• Communicate the health of the program, including aspects such as scope, schedule, risks, and resource allocation, to senior and executive leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, drive decision-making, and hold teams accountable for the actions that result from those discussions.
• Contribute to the development of EPMO standards, tools, and best practices, including the integration of AI capabilities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish company-wide program management standards and provide mentorship to other program managers, even in the absence of formal direct reports.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs and independently managing large, ambiguous initiatives to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead by influence rather than authority, cultivating trust and accountability among senior stakeholders and globally diverse teams.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, demonstrating clarity, precision, and diplomatic finesse.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to execute independently in ambiguous and autonomous environments.
• Sound business acumen with the capability to quickly become proficient in new functional areas such as Legal, Finance, or Revenue.
• Comfort in actively participating in a lean, high-performing team rather than merely delegating tasks.
• Ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives while adapting to changing dependencies and deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI systems to enhance both personal and team productivity.
• Experience with standard project, program, and portfolio management tools, including those with AI functionalities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Proficiency in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
