This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the entire G2 Content portfolio.
• Articulate how the existing Content portfolio and future capabilities integrate into a seamless customer experience.
• Convert customer and market demands into product initiatives, organized roadmaps, and data-driven portfolio choices.
• Collaborate with go-to-market, Finance, RevOps, and Legal teams on rights, packaging, commercial readiness, and responsible experimentation.
• Develop an AI-driven product system that transforms G2 evidence and customer goals into reusable content across various formats and channels.
• Leverage AI for research, briefing, creation, enrichment, personalization, approvals, distribution, and measurement.
• Establish structured content, metadata, provenance, rights, and workflow capabilities.
• Design human controls for strategy, taste, claim substantiation, brand safety, and material approvals.
• Integrate content creation, distribution, activation, and measurement processes.
• Utilize customer and performance signals to enhance product, content, and channel strategies.
• Conduct discovery and testing to validate customer value prior to scaling capabilities.
• Set clear measurement standards for customers and internal teams.
• Safeguard editorial independence to ensure that customers cannot purchase conclusions, rankings, or favorable independent coverage.
• Establish decision rights across Product, Editorial, Research, Creative, Delivery, and commercial teams.
• Align Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, Revenue, and customer delivery teams.
• Define and monitor product, customer, business, and trust metrics.
• Communicate product trade-offs, investment requirements, evidence, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including Principal or lead-level responsibility for customer-facing products.
• Proven product expertise in content systems and advertising, adtech, audience activation, or performance marketing products.
• Strong product judgment in AI-enabled workflows, data products, audience experiences, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Experience in consolidating or modernizing a diverse portfolio into a sequenced roadmap, migration strategy, and delivered outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Editorial, Creative, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, Marketing, and customer delivery teams.
• Commercial fluency in software, services, media, or hybrid models, including entitlements, rights, packaging, and pricing.
• Exceptional communication skills, customer judgment, and cross-functional influence in uncertain environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
• Additional experience that can enhance an application includes: B2B media, content marketing platforms, ad tech, creator tools, owned media products, proprietary data/research/audience/customer voice products, content operations, measurement, rights and provenance, or AI-assisted production workflows.
