Content Executive – 6 month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify impactful short-form moments within both existing and newly created long-form content.

• Compose and test engaging hooks, initial frames, and captions.

• Edit, caption, and format content that is ready for various platforms using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.

• Tailor edits and packaging for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X.

• Provide detailed briefs to editors for larger projects, including timecodes, hooks, framing, and references.

• Manage the publishing schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X, aligned with the football calendar.

• Track performance metrics and pinpoint emerging or declining content formats.

• Quickly adapt content in response to performance insights.

• Integrate high-performing organic content into the paid creative workflow.

• Create innovative formats that resonate with the Midnite brand.

• Adhere to ASA guidelines and ensure responsible messaging practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creating and publishing short-form content.

• Ideally, experience across multiple brands; background in sports, betting, or entertainment is advantageous.

• Proficient hands-on editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.

• Comprehensive understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X, including platform specifications and audience behaviors.

• Familiarity with football narratives and internet culture.

• Capability to transform raw footage into a published clip in under an hour when necessary.

• Skill in crafting sharp hooks and captions, supporting editorial decisions with clear reasoning.

• Strong organizational skills under high volume, with confidence in using scheduling and analytics tools.

• Ability to work swiftly while upholding brand standards, ASA guidelines, and responsible messaging.

• Must have full right to work in the UK.
