Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and guide the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a key product area.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.

• Utilize data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.

• Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations teams.

• Assess product performance through both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

• Set success metrics and refine features, user journeys, and platform functionalities.

• Articulate product strategy to senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Convey priorities, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively.

• Foster consensus and deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management for technology products.

• Significant experience in leading complex consumer or platform products at scale.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products or platforms.

• Proficient in using data to shape strategies, prioritize trade-offs, and iterate post-launch.

• Demonstrated ability to drive organization-level product strategies and influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional partners.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
