📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive, enterprise-wide product management within a business unit.

• Operate and sustain an enterprise-level service through technical, process, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Develop a strategic vision, foster consensus, and drive teams towards achieving results.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and manage escalations effectively.

• Make informed trade-offs while balancing business requirements against resource and technical limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible management-level experience (project, program, product, and/or personnel).

• Experience focusing on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management areas.

• A Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations is preferred.
