This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the roadmap for Clinical Intelligence, establishing an integrated view of individual risks, care history, engagement, and clinical context.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, data, and technology teams to discover opportunities where interconnected patient intelligence enhances decisions, experiences, and outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize product features that link insights across various workflows, applications, channels, and business lines.
• Set success metrics and evaluate the impact on care coordination, personalization, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Enhance cross-team comprehension to guarantee that data, AI, and workflow capabilities are scalable, interoperable, and reusable.
• Work alongside product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to convert opportunities into scalable solutions.
• Assist in test-and-learn initiatives to validate AI concepts and refine solutions using performance data and feedback.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to human-centered design principles and enhance the experiences of associates, patients, providers, and members.
• Track trends in AI, automation, and healthcare improvement to guide opportunity development.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in AI/ML products and the latest generative AI applications in the healthcare sector.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and partners.
• Ability to utilize data to define metrics, assess value, and inform decisions.
• Background in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Willingness to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Familiarity with AI products in healthcare settings, including clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, or care delivery models.
• Experience with AI-driven capabilities related to patient data, insights, and decision support.
• Knowledge of data products and platforms.
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs, leading indicators, and value realization metrics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or Visio.
• Experience working in Agile or test-and-learn settings.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid employees.
