This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the card solutions product line, steering product strategy, vision, direction, roadmap, and adoption.
• Analyze customer challenges, market opportunities, competitive landscape, and trends within the payments industry.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, channels, sales, and other departments to formulate a go-to-market strategy and articulate product value.
• Gather, validate, document, and present requirements from stakeholders and the market.
• Act as the main subject matter expert on products and target markets.
• Define market segments, product positioning, distribution strategies, release schedules, and comprehensive release plans.
• Facilitate product integration across the portfolio while recommending strategies for buying, building, or partnering for delivery.
• Support product launches, ensure the delivery of sales enablement tools, train sales teams, and assess the effectiveness of launches.
• Oversee pricing, packaging, product lifecycle management, investment levels, product retirements, and operational KPIs.
• Set financial objectives for five-year and one-year plans, including budgets, business cases, funding requests, and forecasts.
• Track financial performance and implement corrective or proactive actions to meet revenue, profit, and margin objectives.
• Enhance organizational processes and tools.
• Manage a product line that generates over 50% of revenue.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and extensive interactions with prospects, customers, vendors, and analysts.
• Showcase thought leadership through conferences, blogs, and published research.
• Comply with corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Execute other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in a related field such as technical support, product management, or product development, with exposure to marketing.
• Comprehensive understanding and extensive experience in all facets of product management.
• Proven experience in gathering and validating requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting research with payments stakeholders and employing Voice-of-Customer techniques.
• Capability to prioritize requirements and utilize analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with the payments industry, customer demographics, and applied technologies.
• Knowledge of products, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality, easily comprehensible documents and presentations.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy in decision-making.
