This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage a portfolio-focused growth surface from initial engagement to revenue generation.
• Establish entry points, activation milestones, monetization opportunities, and sales-assist indicators.
• Enhance user experiences across landing pages, signup processes, onboarding, empty states, upgrade modals, paywalls, lifecycle communication, and LLM-discovery interfaces.
• Set ambitious growth targets across multiple quarters and publish insights on PLG distribution.
• Execute 8–10 experiments each sprint, formulate hypotheses and metrics, analyze outcomes, and document findings.
• Convert experiment outcomes into copy, schema, pricing, and workflow adjustments.
• Develop self-service activation, gating strategies, lifecycle messaging, credit economics, and intelligent routing.
• Conduct independent analyses of funnels and cohorts, identify issues, propose solutions, and validate experiments.
• Design and justify monetization and pricing strategies using unit economics.
• Coordinate PQL routing and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Senior Growth PMs.
• Report directly to the VP Product, PLG, with frequent interaction with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and CFO.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in growth, PLG, or self-serve product roles.
• Proven P&L ownership at a portfolio level.
• Experience presenting growth strategies to CEO, CRO, CFO, and board members.
• A history of hiring, mentoring, or evaluating other growth PMs.
• Proven track record in deploying landing pages, signup processes, and in-product experiments.
• AI proficiency with a public stance on agent-readable flows, MCP-as-distribution, GEO/AEO, and AI-agent recommendations.
• Marketing expertise encompassing SEO, paid acquisition, content creation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience in structured experimentation, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdouts, and pre/post testing.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Snowflake.
• Familiarity with consumption-based pricing, credit economics, freemium models, and PQL frameworks.
• Background in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in data, GTM, or sales-tech domains is a plus but not mandatory.
