Principal Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Define the technical and product vision for new initiatives.

• Lead intricate products from initial concept to full-scale implementation.

• Collaborate closely with customers, founders, and product leadership.

• Design systems that can transition from prototypes to production-ready platforms.

• Discover product opportunities through insights gained from customers and market analysis.

• Create reusable engineering patterns.

• Provide mentorship to senior product engineers.

• Shape the company's overarching product and technology strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of engineering experience.

• Outstanding skills in product engineering and architecture.

• Proven track record of successful product development from 0 to 1.

• Strong intuition for products and a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent ability to communicate technical information.

• Capability to influence product strategy through technical knowledge.

• Experience in AI/ML products is a plus.

• Background in scale-up environments is advantageous.

• Experience working directly with founders is a plus.

• Proven experience in transitioning products from prototypes to large-scale adoption is a plus.

• Fluent English is a requirement.

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States, or require employer sponsorship.
