Principal Product Acceleration Specialist

📋 Description

• Champion customer success, enhance product adoption, and ensure long-term retention among complex strategic enterprise accounts within the top tier of the Global 2000.

• Consult with enterprise engineering, architecture, security, and application teams, as well as System Integrator partners.

• Design and implement intricate, low-friction, large-scale CIAM solutions utilizing the Auth0 platform.

• Establish enterprise-wide implementation strategies and address complex configuration issues.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts and New Product Introduction launches through Proofs of Concept, early-adopter demonstrations, and technical enablement materials.

• Create scalable deployment frameworks in collaboration with global System Integrators and strategic delivery partners.

• Offer expertise on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation frameworks, and full-stack application methodologies.

• Evaluate early-stage NPIs and relay feature deficiencies and enterprise feedback to Auth0 Product Management.

• Develop reusable code snippets, technical documentation, and enablement resources.

• Utilize AI tools and LLM workflows for code generation, SDK troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation assessment.

• Oversee multiple technical engagements simultaneously and act as the primary escalation point for critical customer issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a Go-To-Market organization, providing identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.

• Expert-level proficiency with the Auth0 platform and contemporary CIAM methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with, or closely aligning with, leading global System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging full-stack application code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern Mobile SDKs.

• Comprehensive understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.

• Extensive knowledge of the CIAM threat landscape and resilient authentication processes.

• Experience with complex, large-scale IT environments, web technologies, and cloud architectures for leading G2K and Fortune 100 clients.

• Exceptional capability to convey intricate technical/developer concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide senior engineering executives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
