Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and advancement of strategic pricing frameworks within the sub-region

• Offer strategic direction for the development of pricing roadmaps, value-based segmentation, and market access preparedness

• Formulate pricing strategies for new product introductions and commercial models

• Convert procedural trends, competitive insights, and economic value drivers into a sustainable pricing strategy

• Incorporate strategic pricing choices into planning cycles, business cases, and lifecycle management

• Take ownership of pricing contributions to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including ASP planning across various portfolios

• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to tailor pricing governance frameworks

• Develop pricing capabilities and guarantee consistency in execution across different countries

• Serve as the intermediary between Marketing and Offer Development teams regarding pricing duties

• Conduct new product pricing, scenario modeling, financial analysis, promotion implementation, and price-volume initiative tracking

• Collaborate with Marketing, Shared Services, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Offer Development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing or commercial finance

• Excellent proficiency in Excel

• Comfortable with a variety of simulations

• Strong problem-solving, solution-finding, and decision-making skills

• Capability to navigate a complex matrix environment with multicultural and multifunctional elements

• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset in designing new concepts and processes

• Ability to achieve internal buy-in from all organizational levels
