Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst – 12 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and advancement of strategic pricing frameworks throughout the sub-region.

• Ensure alignment of pricing frameworks with long-term business goals, portfolio dynamics, and market realities.

• Serve as a business partner to sub-regional leadership, marketing, and commercial teams.

• Offer strategic advice on pricing roadmaps, value-based segmentation, and market access preparedness.

• Develop pricing strategies for new product introductions and commercial models.

• Convert procedural trends, competitive insights, and economic value drivers into pricing guidance.

• Incorporate strategic pricing decisions into planning cycles, business cases, and lifecycle management.

• Promote sustainable profitability and market expansion.

• Manage pricing contributions to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including ASP planning across portfolios.

• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to customize pricing governance frameworks and enhance pricing capabilities.

• Ensure uniformity in pricing execution across various countries.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Offer Development, Shared Services, Legal, Sales, and Finance teams.

• Assist with new product pricing, scenario modeling, financial analysis, marketing promotions, and tracking price-volume initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing or commercial finance.

• Strong expertise in Excel.

• Comfortable working with various simulations.

• A problem-solving, solution-oriented, and decision-making mindset.

• Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment with multicultural and multifunctional elements.

• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to developing new concepts and processes.
