This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and validate comprehensive, multi-product solutions that align with customer ecosystems across various teams, regions, and business lines.
• Facilitate technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategies through workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Create and present executive-level and architect-ready presentations that address trade-offs, implementation strategies, and long-term platform vision.
• Capture customer patterns, technological shifts, and competitive insights to generate actionable product feedback.
• Influence Product and R&D collaborations, go-to-market product escalations, and feedback mechanisms throughout the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Act as a prominent thought leader on trends related to trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Generalist Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Enterprise Strategists, and Value Engineers.
• Connect go-to-market and R&D teams by formalizing architecture patterns, enhancing field capabilities, and shaping the product roadmap.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time for in-person relationship building with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to lead and successfully execute complex, multi-stakeholder solution cycles (discovery → architecture → validation → proposal support).
• Over 7 years of progressive presales experience, including expertise in complex solution architecture.
• At least 4 years of in-depth experience in one trust-related domain: identity verification, authentication, security, fraud/abuse, or compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills with C-level executives and senior technical audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to build cross-functional partnerships across Sales, SE leadership, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Experience in capturing and articulating customer requirements and trends to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Proven track record of operating as a regional technical authority.
• History of developing repeatable architectures and strategies that scale across teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product/PMM on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness.
• Familiarity with encryption/key management concepts, audit logging, incident response, A2P/10DLC, and data residency architectures.
• Background in multiple product areas within a platform or API company.
• Ability to work remotely while being based in the US.
