Principal Operations Analyst – Flex Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of Flex initiatives, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes across Product, GTM, and Operations teams.

• Operationalize strategic programs by converting business objectives into scalable processes, governance structures, roles, metrics, and execution strategies.

• Oversee programs from their design phase through to launch, adoption, and optimization.

• Create work plans, assign ownership, establish milestones, dependencies, and set delivery timelines.

• Define, monitor, and enforce accountability for business KPIs and program results.

• Develop and sustain business requirements, integrated project plans, implementation roadmaps, and readiness strategies.

• Identify and manage business risks, execution gaps, dependencies, and friction points; escalate issues as needed and lead mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate across functions to address process and system gaps and implement sustainable solutions.

• Document current and future state processes to create scalable playbooks, controls, and operational standards.

• Evaluate downstream impacts on the field organization and facilitate targeted communication, enablement, and change adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a similar field within a technology or high-growth environment.

• Proven track record of managing and executing high-impact initiatives that necessitate cross-departmental alignment, disciplined milestone tracking, risk management, and timely delivery.

• Demonstrated project management experience leading intricate, cross-functional initiatives between Product organizations and Go-To-Market teams, with a history of delivering milestones and rollouts punctually.

• Proven ability to operate as a self-motivated individual and effectively prioritize work across several high-stakes initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of deconstructing complex or ambiguous issues into actionable steps.

• History of creating structure in undefined situations and enhancing operational discipline at scale.

• Ability to influence various functions and leadership levels without formal authority.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and utilizing insights to inform leadership decisions.

• Comfortable functioning in fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environments.

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating across teams.
