This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage product launches, product management, market analysis, and market research initiatives with global and European teams.

• Collaborate directly with country-specific downstream marketing managers to uncover new marketing opportunities and assist with locally initiated activities.

• Oversee the process for finalizing, reviewing, and securing promotional content approval in conjunction with clinical, regulatory, and legal stakeholders.

• Organize and plan projects and marketing campaigns, estimate costs, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Assist in the organization of European internal and external events and congresses.

• Work in partnership with global and strategic marketing teams to prepare and implement regional marketing plans.

• Report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager of Defibrillation Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, bio-engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Marketing or Business is advantageous.

• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing with demonstrable experience in the medical device industry or a Master's degree in Healthcare.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the medical device industry in a marketing or sales capacity.

• Experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management sector is a plus but not essential.

• Regional experience is advantageous.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional European language is a plus.

• Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 40%).

• Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working collaboratively and cross-functionally with various country and headquarters stakeholders.
