This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee product launches, product management, market analysis, and market research initiatives in collaboration with global and European teams.

• Collaborate directly with country-specific downstream marketing managers to uncover new marketing opportunities and assist with country-initiated projects.

• Manage the process of finalizing, reviewing, and securing approval for promotional materials in conjunction with clinical, regulatory, and legal stakeholders.

• Schedule and organize projects and marketing campaigns, estimate expenses, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Assist in the organization of European internal and external events and congresses.

• Partner with global and strategic marketing teams to develop and implement regional marketing strategies.

• Report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Defibrillation Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in life sciences, bio-engineering, or a related field; alternatively, a degree in Business and Marketing with demonstrated experience in the medical device sector or an MSc in Healthcare.

• An MSc in Marketing or Business is advantageous.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the medical device industry in a marketing or sales capacity.

• Experience in the Cardiac Rhythm Management field is preferred but not essential.

• Regional experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of any other European language is a plus.

• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 40% of the time.

• Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various country and headquarters stakeholders.
