Principal Manager, Procurement Enablement – Contingent Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of four managers focused on Procurement Enablement and Contingent Workforce programs.

• Govern, support, enable, enhance, and redesign processes related to Procurement and Contingent Workforce.

• Manage enhancements and systems for Procurement, including Oracle P2P, Ironclad CLM, Pursuit RFP, Airtable Savings Tracker, and AI tools.

• Design and implement AI-driven conversational and autonomous agentic procurement intake systems.

• Integrate systems to offer guided purchasing, real-time status updates, and renewal notifications.

• Redesign the complete Contingent Workforce process to streamline and expedite hiring.

• Oversee the Contingent Workforce program, including governance, VMS, and global expansion.

• Develop a global strategy for the Contingent Workforce supply chain.

• Lead enhancements in the S2P process and promote cross-functional collaboration among AP, Accounting, Security, Privacy, Audit, and IT.

• Drive simplifications and enhancements in Procurement Policy.

• Conduct global training and enablement sessions for hiring managers and Procurement stakeholders.

• Manage the preferred supplier list with the goal of increasing usage of preferred suppliers.

• Develop an external landing page for suppliers along with related tools and information.

• Lead supplier GHG emissions reporting in collaboration with the sustainability team.

• Centralize POC and NDA processes into an agentic workflow.

• Collaborate with Procurement Legal on contracting requirements and compliance for redesigned workflows.

• Implement automated KYS screening for vendors and carriers globally.

• Travel is expected to be less than 10% for in-person engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in managing procurement systems, S2P processes, and ITV/contingent workforce programs.

• Familiarity with or experience in an ERP redesign, with advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement.

• Proven experience in implementing procurement agentic solutions that lead to simplified and streamlined processes.

• Familiarity with or experience in a Contingent Workforce redesign, with knowledge of Beeline or other VMS systems.

• A demonstrated history of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.

• Capability to execute and deliver programs on time while considering partner processes, systems, security standards, and compliance requirements.

• Understanding of contracting fundamentals and the role of contracting within the S2P process.

• Ability to design or redesign intake, policy, and workflow changes while ensuring proper contracting positioning.

• Knowledge of procurement and finance vendor landscapes, tool capabilities, gaps, and solutions.

• Familiarity with Netsuite, Coupa, or Oracle Cloud is highly advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong business acumen.

• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience is desired.
