Principal – Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead projects that assist biopharma companies in making essential commercial choices

• Direct teams, shape strategic initiatives, and execute tasks that cover market opportunity evaluations, competitive positioning, and product commercialization

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and business development tasks

• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to clients and senior executives within the firm

• Employ IxI technology solutions and client-supplied data to formulate written and verbal insights and recommendations

• Define and create proposals for new initiatives in collaboration with senior team members

• Participate in practice planning, strategic discussions, and marketing initiatives

• Examine research and data to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations

• Prepare client-ready presentations and compelling narratives

• Work alongside creatives, behavioral scientists, and technologists

• Create proposals and foster client relationships

• Contribute to strategic planning and marketing efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of consulting experience in life sciences, preferably with a leading consulting firm or life sciences data organization

• BA/BS degree required

• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred

• Strong skills in data analysis and synthesis

• Demonstrated leadership across various workstreams and teams

• Outstanding communication and people management abilities

• Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous, though not mandatory

• A proactive, collaborative approach

• Ability to work remotely within the United States
