📋 Description

• Establish the enterprise integration strategy and frameworks for the organization.

• Lead integration governance councils, creating policies for interoperability, data security, and platform adoption.

• Shape and oversee the enterprise integration ecosystem, which includes iPaaS, APIs, and messaging systems.

• Anticipate integration trends such as event-driven architectures and AI-driven integration.

• Collaborate with senior executives to ensure that the integration strategy aligns with business growth and digital initiatives.

• Foster a culture of integration excellence throughout technical teams.

• Develop strategic models, integration roadmaps, and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.

• Own the enterprise-level integration strategies that span multiple systems and domains.

• Define the vision for the enterprise API and data interoperability.

• Influence the selection of vendors and the enterprise's adoption of integration tools.

• Drive change management and prepare the organization for integration initiatives.

• Represent Guild Mortgage at external integration and technology forums.

• Establish KPIs to assess integration success and the delivery of business value.

• Create, maintain, and manage integration architecture models and design components.

• Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure coherent application architecture and address security and quality concerns.

• Provide thought leadership in architecture regarding development tools and coding standards.

• Research technology solutions that meet technical requirements and business needs.

• Participate in technical stakeholder and project meetings.

• Identify areas for further exploration and engage in proof-of-concept projects.

• Convert complex project requirements into actionable technical plans.

• Offer architecture and operations feedback and recommendations to senior management.

• Assist in maintaining architecture practices for complex, scalable enterprise solutions.

• Share technical knowledge throughout the team.

• Aid in project planning to define scope and architectural approach.

• Document architectural functionality in design documents, inline documentation, and wikis.

• Contribute to training materials, job aids, rollouts, and updates.

• Execute other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in integration strategy, architecture, and/or development, along with progressive leadership experience, is required.

• Extensive proficiency in defining and driving enterprise-wide integration strategy, frameworks, and governance models.

• Strong expertise in ecosystem-level integration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, establishing enterprise standards for APIs, data exchange, and security.

• Proven ability to lead the resolution of enterprise-scale integration challenges, vendor negotiations, and strategic platform selection.

• Strong proficiency in designing and governing enterprise Integration Governance frameworks and compliance strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in shaping and executing long-term integration roadmaps, including event-driven architectures and AI-driven integration.

• Proven ability to influence strategy at the executive level and align integration initiatives with organizational priorities.

• Experience with various programming and integration technologies.

• Experience in managing enterprise-wide interoperability across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data domains.

• Strong governance and process-oriented mindset, ensuring reliability, security, and reusability at scale.

• Exceptional critical thinking and foresight to evaluate enterprise risks, long-term impacts, and opportunities.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of influencing executives and mentoring senior architects.

• Recognized as a thought leader in integration architecture both internally and externally.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

• Capability to accurately perceive, distinguish, and interpret visual and audio information.

• Ability to interpret sounds and their associated meanings accurately.

• Ability to communicate detailed spoken instructions clearly, loudly, or quickly.

• Capability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions.

• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
