This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Take the initiative to manage high-complexity RFPs and feasibility goals across all therapeutic areas.
• Evaluate necessary data and analyses, suggesting strategies for RFPs and feasibility assessments related to paid or partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other colleagues to address RFP-related challenges.
• Propose solutions for non-standard requests and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as the representative for Global Feasibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple feasibility projects simultaneously across different therapeutic areas.
• Create, analyze, and present pre-award site-level feasibility assessments in both presentations and written reports.
• Keep detailed records of work and store pertinent data in internal libraries.
• Conduct research on scientific literature using online resources, internal metrics, and tools.
• Prepare for and participate in bid defense teleconferences and meetings.
• Coordinate with team members on larger collaborative projects, multi-study assignments, or alliance/FSP partnerships.
• Guide junior team members through editing text and slide decks, as well as collecting and processing data insights.
• Assist department management with group initiatives and business objectives.
• Establish relevant metrics for data asset utilization, protocol feasibility assessments, and departmental activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the department or represent Feasibility in feasibility-related processes and systems.
• Develop, review, and maintain systems for historical feasibility data.
• Capability to independently manage the highest complexity RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas.
• Ability to assess data and analytical needs and propose effective strategies for RFPs and feasibility assessments.
• Proactive in identifying solutions for non-standard requests.
• Knowledge and skills relevant to moderately complex activities.
• Capacity to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
• Efficiency in navigating processes while managing multiple concurrent assignments of varying complexity.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills at an editing level.
• Proficient in independently researching scientific literature using internet and internal metrics and tools.
• High level of understanding and attention to detail in scientific literature research.
• Ability to support bid defense teleconferences and meetings with minimal oversight.
• Capacity to mentor junior team members up to the Senior Feasibility Lead level.
• Skill in developing, auditing, and maintaining departmental systems for the storage, retrieval, and analysis of historical feasibility data.
