This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Support the implementation of training programs for field-based sales professionals, such as Enterprise Account Sales Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists.
• Collaborate with the Program Sales Training Manager and District Manager to facilitate field training sessions and travel.
• Distribute training schedules, learning paths, and playbooks.
• Generate outcome reports for field training curricula and keep training records up to date.
• Ensure new hires comprehend product information and internal processes, including Allego, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Assist Product Managers, Sales Training, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Contracts, and Pricing with their training initiatives.
• Evaluate the retention of training materials and sessions by new hires.
• Accompany new hires on field visits, provide feedback to them and their direct managers, suggest growth opportunities, and address any knowledge gaps.
• Observe new hires during sales calls to assess their instrument demonstration and presentation skills.
• Keep product information and marketing strategies updated to aid new hires.
• Conduct product demonstration training on key products.
• Plan, schedule, and carry out weekly, biweekly, and monthly new-hire calls throughout the first year.
• Identify unmet training needs and assist in developing relevant curriculum.
• Work in conjunction with the Training Director, Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and Field Coaches to fulfill training and development objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience or 5 years with an Advanced degree.
• Experience in field sales.
• Preferred experience in training or coaching.
• Familiarity with or willingness to train using Allego LMS.
• Proven ability to deliver effective virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Capability to utilize internal resources, plan effectively, and operate within a regional territory.
• Proficiency in preparing thorough written evaluations and suggestions for improvement.
• Creativity to maintain enthusiasm and engagement in training classes and Teams meetings.
• Ability to manage and organize a learning curriculum.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to adhere to timelines.
• Ability to analyze and communicate clinical study designs and findings.
• Desired proficiency in conducting clinical literature searches.
• Background in ENT Navigation / Head and Neck.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Helpful familiarity with Ear, Nose, & Throat medical sales.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree meeting the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is mandatory at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level; this Principal-level role qualifies for U.S. sponsorship under applicable policies.
