Principal Feasibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of feasibility at the study level, facilitating trial optimization and achieving key milestones.

• Act as the feasibility lead for a designated disease area or program when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive feasibility ownership across studies.

• Synthesize and evaluate feasibility, operational, and enrollment data from both internal and external sources.

• Acquire a deep understanding of therapeutic areas, standard practices, disease progression, patient and site profiles, and competitive environments.

• Assess clinical trial landscapes utilizing advanced data mining, intricate enrollment modeling, and forecasting techniques.

• Formulate data-driven enrollment assumptions, risk evaluations, and strategic recommendations.

• Evaluate changing study parameters, reprioritize tasks, and modify feasibility strategies to adhere to timelines.

• Manage multiple studies and urgent requests while upholding analytical rigor and effective communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional study teams on planning, site selection, and enrollment strategies.

• Deliver data-informed presentations in cross-functional and governance meetings, including presentations to senior leadership.

• Mentor and support junior members of the feasibility team.

• Identify challenges, foresee risks, and implement solutions for effective feasibility execution.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of feasibility processes, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or allied health discipline (or equivalent industry experience).

• 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, or study startup within a sponsor or CRO setting.

• At least 5 years of practical operational feasibility experience supporting complex studies or programs.

• Proven experience in leading feasibility strategies for complex studies or programs.

• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the program or portfolio level regarding site selection, enrollment strategies, and study acceleration.

• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas or late-phase programs, with increasing strategic responsibility.

• Competence in analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting complex feasibility, operational, and enrollment data from various sources.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Experience in structuring, analyzing, and presenting data to support feasibility evaluations, benchmarking, and enrollment forecasting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to convey complex, data-driven analyses and recommendations to a diverse audience of stakeholders.

• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
