This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to the Global Supply Chain teams within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization.
• Assist with the Supplier Management scope of work and adapt across various Global Supply Chain teams.
• Configure, test, and implement modifications within the domestic SAP S/4 landscape.
• Serve as a liaison for the Sector community concerning changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, and communications.
• Offer strategic guidance.
• Balance production support with project demands, engagement, and systems administration.
• Aid in project planning, test development and execution, security design, documentation, change management, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Engage in defining, implementing, and optimizing automated systems and processes.
• Provide support for special projects as necessary.
• Investigate issues within existing programs, assess data conditions, draft specifications, and collaborate with programmers to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with business process experts and SAP S/4 Team analysts on cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage in system and development deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with software standards.
• Conduct testing of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain functionalities for incidents, enhancements, upgrades, service pack implementations, and disaster recovery projects.
• Utilize working knowledge of Ariba and MDG.
• Maintain system data for testing purposes.
• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Master's degree; or 1 year with a PhD.
• Experience in participating in SAP S/4 lifecycle implementations and/or production support.
• Working and technical expertise in SAP S/4 Supplier Management.
• Proficient working knowledge of Ariba and MDG.
• Ability to extract and verify data from SAP tables.
• Advanced understanding of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain processes and policies.
• Advanced awareness of the interdependencies between Supplier Management, Global Supply Chain, and other functional areas.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
• Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions involving government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
