Principal Enterprise Wide Applications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, implement, and support ongoing projects that introduce new capabilities to enhance business operations.

• Collaborate closely with project leaders to comprehend needs and objectives.

• Work together on functional solutions and optimize business processes.

• Manage the development, delivery, and maintenance of integrations among NGC systems, including MES, SAP S/4 Service Management, and iMRO.

• Assist cross-sector, cross-functional technical and business experts as well as end users in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Sustainment capabilities.

• Define and deliver technical solutions to intricate problems in alignment with Enterprise goals and objectives.

• Lead the development and troubleshooting of interfaces, enhancement development and testing, business process improvements, and regression testing and validation.

• Serve as a liaison between business users and the development team to communicate requirements and processes.

• Provide SAP configuration support and manage Configuration Management.

• Create and maintain comprehensive interface documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and data maps.

• Deliver regular status updates and present briefings to executive leadership.

• Report to the Sustainment Solutions Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a High School diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a completed degree.

• Proven experience troubleshooting integration solutions using systematic approaches and techniques.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP technical principles, theories, and concepts.

• General knowledge of interrelated disciplines.

• Capability to perform work in a virtual environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of Manufacturing disciplines and Sustainment Execution Systems concerning Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul.

• Leadership skills that drive solutions and fulfill schedule commitments.

• Familiarity with User Acceptance and/or Business Process Testing.

• Experience with Fiori and S4HANA.

• Over 2 years of SAP experience with configuration.

• More than 2 years of experience in writing Functional Specifications, including researching and identifying suitable technical data to guide developers.

• Expertise in iMRO and Plant Maintenance systems, domain models, and workflows.

• Proficiency in legacy SAP ERP systems, with a general understanding of SAP S/4 Service Management, Plant Maintenance, and iMRO.

• Experience in systems architecture development, particularly integration among iMRO, Plant Maintenance, SAP ERP, and MES.

• Knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.

• Understanding of S/4 Service Management and iMRO as they relate to component and aircraft repairs.

• Experience leading integration projects and efforts.

• U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions that involve a government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
