This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
β’ Define, plan, and implement the enterprise technology vision in alignment with business and IT strategy.
β’ Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver effective business solutions.
β’ Facilitate the design and construction of solutions throughout the enterprise.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders.
β’ Lead the vision for Application Integration, Data, and Platform architecture.
β’ Engage in complex projects and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
β’ Develop strategies for transitioning to the cloud architectural vision.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders to offer technical guidance and influence strategic decisions.
β’ Evaluate industry business and technology trends.
β’ Provide thought leadership and recommendations on intricate strategic issues.
β’ Create and maintain architecture roadmaps that link business strategies to capabilities.
β’ Manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
β’ Utilize in-house and outsourced resources to safeguard intellectual property.
β’ Travel as necessary for divisional, team, and other in-person meetings.
β’ Over 15 years of experience in building scalable, multi-tier distributed cloud-native application architectures.
β’ Proven experience in designing APIs and integrating with external systems, including third-party solutions.
β’ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
β’ Experience in designing systems with messaging capabilities.
β’ Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
β’ Understanding of front-end UI frameworks such as ReactJS.
β’ Experience in designing secure systems following cybersecurity best practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ More than 15 years of systems development and business experience in designing solutions across an organization.
β’ At least 5 years of technical experience in a specific domain for design, development, and deployments.
β’ Experience in a significant business domain such as CRM, Marketing, Insurance/Claims, or Financial systems.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
β’ Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship.
