IT Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Manage and uphold SaaS applications, software inventory, and license distribution utilizing Torii and essential platform-management tools.

• Conduct audits on application usage, oversee access controls, and assist in upholding security standards throughout the organization.

• Maintain, test, and implement endpoint configurations, software updates, and security protocols using Microsoft Intune for Windows and Addigy for macOS.

• Facilitate dependable zero-touch provisioning via Autopilot and Apple Business Manager while upholding device compliance standards.

• Create, establish, and sustain automated onboarding and offboarding workflows across HRIS, identity, and SaaS systems.

• Develop and manage scripts and REST API integrations to streamline repetitive IT tasks.

• Share responsibility for daily support requests and technical troubleshooting.

• Identify and resolve complex software, identity, hardware, and network challenges.

• Generate and update IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources.

• Enhance operational processes by determining root causes, standardizing repeatable tasks, and minimizing manual interventions.

• Collaborate closely with the broader IT team to share responsibilities for end-to-end technology operations in a global setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish in written, virtual, and in-person communications.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT systems administration, IT operations, or infrastructure support in a cloud-oriented environment.

• Practical experience in configuring and administering Microsoft Intune and Addigy, or a similar macOS management platform like Jamf Pro.

• Proven experience with SaaS operations, identity management, and SaaS governance tools such as Torii, BetterCloud, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Strong capability to create effective automation using JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, or comparable technologies for SaaS and IT-system integrations.

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on diagnosing root causes and developing lasting solutions.

• Experience or interest in managing identity and access controls declaratively using Terraform or GitOps.

• Familiarity with integrating IT automation tools directly with HRIS systems.

• Relevant platform certifications like Addigy Certified Expert, Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, or Apple certifications are preferred.

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
