Principal Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of discovery, architectural design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of enterprise-level AI/ML models.

• Create solutions that encompass demand sensing, stochastic modeling, inventory optimization, and revenue enhancement.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients, solution architects, and executive stakeholders.

• Convert intricate supply chain challenges into high-impact machine learning solutions.

• Mentor and support cross-functional teams comprising data scientists and analytics consultants.

• Uphold high coding standards, modular design, and best practices in MLOps.

• Utilize GenAI, deep learning, time-series forecasting, and mathematical optimization techniques.

• Collaborate with data engineering and project management teams.

• Embed custom analytical models into the o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Science and Analytics.

• Demonstrated success as a technical leader in delivering customer-focused solutions.

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred (optional).

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Supply Chain.

• Extensive knowledge of applied machine learning in supply chain planning.

• Advanced skills in Python and SQL.

• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong expertise in time-series analysis, mathematical optimization, ensemble methods, and neural networks.

• Outstanding storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of conveying complex mathematical concepts to business executives.
