Principal Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead comprehensive Data & Analytics solution architecture from start to finish

• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Oversee the design and establishment of GCP and Azure environments

• Evaluate solution architecture and select appropriate technologies

• Provide mentorship to engineering, analytics, and business teams

• Offer guidance on new and emerging cloud technologies

• Engage in pre-sales activities and proof of concepts (PoCs)

• Contribute to the development of technology strategies and thought leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering various enterprise data and analytics solutions

• Practical experience in implementing GCP and Azure

• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Spark

• Strong background in cloud data architecture

• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions

• Capability to remain actively involved while providing technical guidance

• A notice period of 30 days or less

• Only candidates with substantial hands-on GCP and Azure experience are encouraged to apply
