Principal Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a growth strategy for Cybersecurity consulting and services.

• Identify and secure new key accounts while enhancing existing client relationships.

• Position Cybersecurity solutions in the market and assist in shaping the portfolio.

• Lead intricate RFI/RFP proposal processes, encompassing proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiations at the C-level.

• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Leadership Team and other consulting practices to create integrated service offerings.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, resellers, and ecosystem partners.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and pertinent committees.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, merging strategic consulting expertise with a robust commercial perspective.

• Support client engagements, business development initiatives, and internal collaboration across regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional university degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in consulting or a similar role with a strong emphasis on business development.

• Demonstrated success in building and expanding client accounts and selling complex Cybersecurity services and solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of the Cybersecurity market, including threat landscapes, regulations, technologies, and vendor ecosystems.

• Insight into the requirements of large enterprises and mid-sized organizations.

• Confidence in engaging with C-level executives.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong results-oriented approach.

• Experience in leading proposal teams and managing intricate deals.

• Proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements, business development, and internal collaboration.
