Principal Consultant, NSPB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete NSPB implementation projects that are integrated with NetSuite.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable EPM technical designs.

• Manage the phases of discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.

• Serve as the highest level of escalation for technical and solution-related concerns.

• Conduct fit/gap analysis.

• Design and develop multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB.

• Create NSPB-NetSuite integrations, which include data mappings, transformation logic, and automation frameworks.

• Develop technical architecture, data flow diagrams, and integration frameworks.

• Collaborate with development and functional teams to create custom solutions.

• Produce detailed Technical Design Documents.

• Lead data integration strategies across NSPB, NetSuite, and other systems.

• Offer EPM and NetSuite planning best practices as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Contribute to solution accelerators and continuous EPM education initiatives.

• Enhance NSPB product skills as required by client engagements.

• Manage client and project demands, which may include remote or in-person interactions and occasional travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting.

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Robust background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory services.

• Experience as a Solution Architect for EPM implementations ranging from small to enterprise-level.

• Multiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with significant hands-on NSPB technical and functional experience.

• Required hands-on experience with NetSuite, including a strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processes.

• In-depth knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworks.

• Familiarity with EPM technical capabilities, including data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation optimization, and security design.

• Experience specifically integrating NSPB with NetSuite is highly preferred.

• Willingness to work flexibly, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Some travel may be necessary.
