This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Act as a reliable advisor and strategic partner in the development of compensation programs.
• Evaluate, create, and manage organization-wide compensation programs, encompassing base pay, incentives, and salary structures.
• Perform market benchmarking activities.
• Lead intricate compensation analyses.
• Assist in pay equity and compliance efforts.
• Convert data into insights that guide executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization.
• Impact significant compensation initiatives.
• Provide compensation solutions that attract, retain, and reward exceptional talent.
• 7–10+ years of experience in compensation.
• Proven experience in supporting organization-wide compensation programs.
• Strong expertise in analytics and compensation operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data modeling.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Must have vaccination or lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
• Must obtain a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or have an authorized medical or religious exemption.
