This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Act as a reliable advisor and strategic collaborator in the development of compensation programs.
• Evaluate, design, and manage organization-wide compensation initiatives, encompassing base salary, incentives, and salary frameworks.
• Perform market benchmarking analyses.
• Lead intricate compensation evaluations.
• Assist with pay equity and compliance efforts.
• Convert data into actionable insights for executive-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization.
• Provide compensation strategies that attract, retain, and reward talent.
• Occasionally attend critical strategic planning and leadership meetings on-site throughout the year.
• 7–10+ years of experience in compensation.
• Proven experience in supporting organization-wide compensation programs.
• Strong expertise in analytics and compensation operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and data modeling.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella vaccination or confirmed immunity through lab results is required.
• Annual flu vaccination or a recognized medical/religious exemption is required.
