This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analysis and execution of global compensation initiatives, encompassing base salary, short-term incentives, and equity packages.
• Perform global market benchmarking, evaluate peer groups, and ensure consistent market pricing alongside internal equity.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to pinpoint issues, formulate hypotheses, and propose data-driven compensation solutions.
• Collaborate with HRIS/Systems to implement, test, and establish requirements for Workday's performance and compensation modules.
• Enhance and automate monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation reporting and analysis through modern data tools and AI workflows.
• Deliver compensation analytics and effectively communicate intricate findings and recommendations.
• Counsel internal stakeholders on compensation-related topics, including offer suggestions, promotions, and equity grants.
• Spearhead job architecture initiatives, assessing roles, defining levels, and ensuring internal equity.
• Create and uphold compensation modeling tools and dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and People Operations for executive compensation analysis and materials for the Board/Compensation Committee.
• Keep abreast of legislative and market changes impacting compensation and suggest proactive modifications.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation.
• Extensive knowledge in compensation benchmarking and survey methodologies, including Radford, Mercer, Compa, and Pave.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage global compensation programs in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficient in advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling techniques.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to convey complex subjects clearly.
• Familiarity with job evaluation frameworks and leveling systems.
• CCP designation (Certified Compensation Professional) is preferred.
• Experience with Workday is advantageous.
• Background in broad-based compensation and administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of pay equity analysis tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in a publicly traded SaaS or technology company is preferred.
• Previous involvement in supporting Compensation Committee reporting is a plus.
• Eligibility for equity plans, including restricted stock units (RSUs), for qualifying roles.
• Annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus structure for eligible positions.
